ALL W-2’S WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY  VIA THE TEAM MEMBER SELF PORTAL NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31ST OF EACH YEAR. W-2’S WILL NOT BE MAILED TO TEAM MEMBER HOME ADDRESSES NOR ARE THEY EMAILED. TEAM MEMBERS WILL HAVE TO RETRIEVE W-2’S AND PAY STUBS VIA THIS SELF PORTAL THROUGH OUR PAYROLL COMPANY.

If you need assistance on setting up or accessing your account because your information is incorrect, you have forgotten your password, or you are locked out, the following information will need to be emailed to the Payroll department to facilitate your accessing your account:

• Team Member’s first and last name (legal)
• Team Member’s last four digits of your Social Security Number (XXXX)
• Team Member’s full date of birth
• Current Email Address
